In the European role, the task was to scale the success achieved across the Central and Eastern Europe, a 8 times Golden Drum’s Network Of The Year winner. I aimed to infuse the same challenger spirit, never-give-up attitude, and Romanian resourcefulness into the mix.
10 years and more than 250 Lions later, Europe turned into the creative business growth power-house of the network, recognised multiple times as Campaign’s Magazine Network of The Year (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023). Most importantly, creative success is evenly distributed, no less than 7 offices have climbed the stage to win a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, Titanium, or a D&AD Pencil.
