In my European role, my task was to scale the success achieved across the Central and Eastern Europe. I aimed to infuse the Eastern European never-give-up attitude and resourcefulness into the team.

Ten years and more than 250 Lions later, Europe became the creative powerhouse of the network, recognised multiple times as Campaign’s Magazine Network of The Year (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023). Most importantly, creative success was evenly distributed, no less than seven offices have climbed the stage to win Cannes Lions Grand Prix & Titanium Lions, and we brought home two D&AD Black Pencils.
