In the European role, my task was to scale the success achieved across the Central and Eastern Europe and in Bucharest. I brought with me the Eastern European subversive thinking and a never-give-up attitude.
Ten years and more than 250 Lions later, Europe became the creative powerhouse of McCann, recognised multiple times as Campaign’s Magazine Network of The Year (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023, 2025). Most importantly, creative success was evenly distributed, with no less than seven offices having climbed the stage to win Cannes Lions Grand Prix & Titanium Lions, D&AD Black and Yellow Pencils.
